Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. Every redeem code is verified as valid and functional before delivery.
When a Refund May Be Considered
A refund may be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:
- There is a genuine issue caused by our side (e.g. the API key is non-functional or incorrectly delivered)
- Less than 5% of the purchased balance has been consumed
- You have contacted our support team and the issue remains unresolved after 7 days
Refunds Are Not Provided If:
- The buyer did not read the product description before purchasing
- The buyer expected a Claude AI account instead of an API key
- The buyer does not know how to configure or use the API key
- The buyer used the code on an incompatible third-party tool
- More than 5% of the balance has been consumed
